What you can and can't do with a Fluxory Studio template. Written in plain English, not legalese.

What you're buying

When you buy a Fluxory Studio template you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the template itself. Fluxory Studio keeps the copyright. Your licence is perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive, and it starts the moment your payment clears.

What you can do

Use the template for one end product — one website for yourself, your company, or a single client.
Change anything you like: layout, colours, type, copy, images, code.
Use it for a commercial project and charge your client for the work you do on it.
Keep using it forever, including after your support window ends.
Hand the finished website over to your client once it's built.

What you can't do

Resell, redistribute, or give away the template file itself, edited or not.
Use one licence across multiple end products. Each website needs its own licence.
Include it in a template marketplace, a theme bundle, a course, or any product where the template is what's being sold.
Claim authorship of the original design, or register it as your own work.
Share your purchase link, download, or Webflow/Framer clone link publicly.

Client work

Agencies and freelancers are welcome. Buy one licence per client project, build the site, and hand it over — your client then owns that finished website. You cannot buy one licence and reuse the same template across several clients.

Images, fonts, and third-party assets

Photos, illustrations, icons, and fonts shown in a demo are there to show the design working with real content. They are usually licensed to Fluxory Studio for demo use only and are not included with your purchase. Replace them with your own assets, or license them yourself, before you go live. Any third-party library bundled with a template stays under its own licence.

Updates and support

Templates get free updates for as long as we maintain them — bug fixes, platform changes, and improvements. Support covers the template working as described. It does not cover custom development, changes you've made yourself, or third-party tools you've connected.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so sales are generally final. If a template is broken, or clearly not what the listing described, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Refunds aren't given for changing your mind, buying the wrong template, or not knowing how to use Webflow or Framer.

Liability

Templates are provided as-is. Fluxory Studio isn't liable for lost revenue, data, or any damage arising from using a template. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for it.

If this licence is broken

Breaking these terms ends your licence immediately, and you'll need to stop using the template and remove it from anything you've published. We may also seek any legal remedies available to us.
